At AR Hinkel Co., we are committed to getting your electrolysis supplies to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped as soon as possible during our regular business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time may vary based on product availability and order volume, but most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping speed is determined by the method you select at checkout. We do our best to fulfill orders promptly so that they're on their way according to your chosen delivery option.

  • Standard (Economy) Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping (when available)

Please note that once a package has been shipped, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier.

Free Shipping

Orders over $150 (before tax) qualify for free economy shipping within the continental United States.

Shipping Restrictions

As of October 2025, AR Hinkel Co. no longer ships international orders.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment's progress.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. AR Hinkel Co. is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
